We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the information below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.

All original packaging, accessories, manuals, cables, and protective materials must be included.

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Items that have been assembled, installed, used, or show signs of wear may not be eligible for return.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following items are final sale, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Used, assembled, or installed fitness equipment

Heavy or oversized gym equipment that has been mounted or bolted down

Wearables that have been activated, paired, or registered (including smartwatches)

Digital products, software, or app subscriptions

Gift cards
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Large or freight-shipped items (home gyms, racks, machines) must be returned via freight at the customer’s expense.
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval status.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If the item is returned incomplete, damaged, or shows signs of use, we reserve the right to:

Apply a restocking fee (up to 20%),

Issue a partial refund, or

Deny the return.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

A clear description of the issue

Photos and/or video showing the product and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window may not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined above.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to purchase a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
