Shipping policy

Order Confirmation & Payment Authorization

When you place an order, we may pre-authorize your payment method. This means your card is not fully charged immediately.

After your order is placed, we contact our supplier/warehouse partners to confirm the item is available for shipment. Once availability is confirmed, we process the payment and prepare your order for dispatch.

If the item is not available or there is a confirmed delay (for example, the item is on backorder), we will void the authorization (if applicable) and notify you with next steps.


Processing Time (Dispatch)

If your item is in stock and available to ship, your order will typically be dispatched within 5 business days.

Some products (especially large fitness equipment or items shipping directly from a supplier) may require additional handling time. Any product-specific lead times shown on the product page will take priority.


Shipping Time & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details (when available).

Tracking is typically sent within 24 hours of dispatch. If you have not received tracking details within 6 business days after placing your order, please contact us through the support options available on the Site so we can assist.

Please note: delivery timelines may vary based on carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, supplier lead times, and destination.


Delivery & Damages

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.

  • If the package appears damaged, we strongly recommend not accepting delivery (when possible) and noting the damage with the carrier.

  • If you discover damage after delivery, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

    • The product damage

    • The outer packaging

    • The shipping label

Once reported, we will work with the carrier/supplier to open a claim (if applicable) and determine the best resolution, which may include replacement parts, a replacement unit, or a refund where appropriate.

Claims submitted outside the 48-hour window may be denied.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of being placed, as long as they have not shipped and processing has not begun.

Cancellations requested after 48 hours may be subject to additional fees due to supplier processing, restocking, or logistics costs.

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our Return & Refund Policy.


Returns & Refunds for Shipped Orders

If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

Refunds (when approved) can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
